What we collect, and why.

Visiting the site
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes the usual request data (IP address, browser, time of the request) to deliver pages and keep them secure. We count page views and a few clicks — which button started a conversation, which case was opened — with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. If you arrive through a link with a ref tag (for example from an email we sent you), that tag is attached to those counts for the visit.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no cookies. It uses your browser’s session storage for two things only: your place in the /meet questions and the ref tag above. Both are cleared when you close the tab.
Booking a call on /meet
Your answers (the kind of project, budget band, timeline, how far along it is, and a short goal) are saved as you go under a random session id, in our database hosted by Supabase — so we can see where the questions lose people. When you book, your name, email and the time you picked create an event in our Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, and a confirmation email is sent to you through Resend.
Briefs and email
When you send us a brief — your name, email, company, and what you tell us about the project, such as a link, a date or a note — or write to us directly, it reaches us by email, delivered through Resend. We use it to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a newsletter.
Where it is processed, and for how long
Vercel, Supabase, Google and Resend may process data outside Switzerland, including in the EU and the US, under their data processing terms. We keep enquiries and booking records as long as we need them for the enquiry and any project that follows, and as long as Swiss law requires for business records. Anything we don’t have to keep, we delete on request.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, and get a copy. Write to business.florinflammer@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local data protection authority.
